Who We Are

We're Maayan and Kayte, two moms, an architect and a producer, who became friends over a shared belief: families deserve a place where everyone feels at home.

Blending design, creativity, and a love of bringing people together, we're building Maison Cococo as the place we always wished existed. A space where children can play freely, parents can breathe a little deeper, and community happens naturally.

Our Story

Like so many parents, we found ourselves hopping from cafés to playgrounds, squeezing in work during naps, and constantly trying to coordinate time with friends. We kept asking the same question: why isn't there one place that brings it all together?

Maison Cococo is a thoughtfully designed space where family life feels easier, work and play coexist, and meaningful connections become part of everyday life.
